By purchasing from Awan Mobile Shop or using our repair services, you agree to comply with the following professional terms:

Agreement
Engaging with our shop constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy/Refund policies.

Pricing
All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to market fluctuations or currency changes.

Repair Liability
While we take extreme care, we are not liable for the failure of secondary components that may break during the repair of an already damaged or old device.

Data Loss
Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting a phone for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the technical process.

Product Representation
Actual product colors or packaging designs may vary slightly from photos due to different manufacturing batches.

Warranty Limits
Shop warranties are strictly for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by water, falling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Handset Sales
For used mobile phones, the customer is expected to check the PTA status and hardware thoroughly at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
Awan Mobile Shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays in delivery or repair.

User Conduct
We maintain a professional environment and expect all customers to interact respectfully with our staff.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, political unrest, or courier service disruptions in Lahore.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Lahore.
