At Awan Mobile Shop, we aim for total customer satisfaction. Our policy for returns and exchanges on mobile accessories and handsets is as follows:

Checking Warranty
Most electronic accessories (chargers, earphones, power banks) come with a 3-day checking warranty from the date of purchase.

Unused Condition
For an exchange, accessories must be in their original, unopened packaging. Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible.

Screen Protectors/9D Glass
Once the adhesive layer of a screen protector or glass has been removed or applied to a phone, it is strictly non-returnable.

Repair Services
Labor charges for mobile repairs are non-refundable once the service is completed and the device is collected.

Faulty Items
If an item is found to be defective within the 3-day window, we will replace it with a new unit of the same model.

Cash Refunds
We primarily offer exchanges or store credit. Cash refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is not available.

Proof of Purchase
A valid physical receipt or digital order confirmation from Awan Mobile Shop is mandatory for all claims.

Sale Items
Products purchased during «Clearance Sales» or as «Used/Refurbished» are final sales and not eligible for exchange unless specified.

Return Shipping
For deliveries outside Shafiqueabad, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item to our shop.

Restocking Fee
Returns for «change of mind» on high-value items (like mobile handsets) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
